• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes indeedy!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship out orders every Tuesday (so orders may take up to a week to dispatch) and once shipped please allow 1-2 weeks for orders to arrive if shipped to the USA and 3-4 weeks if shipped internationally/outside the USA.

• Can I get a personal message or quote added to the print?

  Yes, you can but there are some rules. Please clearly state the NAME you would like the autograph made out to and the PERSONAL MESSAGE or QUOTE you would like to have in the box at checkout.

  If no name is specified as a request, I shall not put one.

  If no personal message or quote is specified, I shall not put one.

  Please try to keep personalized messages and quotes under 20 words. (Short quotes and messages work best on these 8.5" x 11" size prints).

  I will try to adhere to all personalization requests as best as I can, however, I reserve the right to not write or do anything I am uncomfortable with or is too long or too extravagant. If too much stuff is requested, I shall pick and choose as best as I can what to include.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
